Captain’s House Inn Accommodations

Our Cape Cod bed and breakfast accommodations are located in four distinct facilities: the Main House, an 1839 Greek-Revival style mansion; the attached Carriage House; the newly converted Stables; and the 200-year-old Captain’s Cottage.

Whether you select a standard queen room or one of our sumptuously appointed suites, you will find plenty of special touches to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All guest rooms offer king or queen-size beds and antique furnishings, coupled with modern amenities. Our helpful staff is always happy to guide you to the perfect accommodation to suit your needs. All of our luxurious rooms include:

Captain’s House Inn Policies

Before booking your stay at Captain’s House Inn of Cape Cod, please read our policies below.

Reservation Policy:
Check-In: 3:00 pm
Check-Out: 11:00 am

Rates: Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Applicable taxes (9.7%) and gratuities are not included. 

Deposit Policy: A 50% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining amount will be charged 7 days before you check in. For a 1 night stay, a full deposit is required. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Cancellation Policy: If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, you may do so up until 7 days before your arrival and you will receive a refund of your deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee. Furthermore, if you would like to avoid the $50 cancellation fee, we would be pleased to issue you a gift certificate with the full amount of your deposit to be used for a future visit. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, you will not be issued a refund, unless we are able to resell the room. For our wedding package, a $100 cancellation fee is applied.

Minimum Stay Requirements: A minimum length of stay of 2-3 nights may be required on weekends and during certain peak and holiday periods, and from June through October. However, we are sometimes able to accommodate shorter stays if a booking fits between two other reservations or at the last minute, so please feel free to inquire.

Smoking Policy: We are a non-smoking inn.

Children & Pets: The inn does not meet the needs of children. We love pets too, but not in our rooms. We will be happy to recommend a nearby boarding kennel.
